HOW DO I PUCHASE FROM STARRYCLOSET?
Step 1: Add Items to Shopping Cart
Browse through our products through the 'PRODUCT' category at the top navigation bar. Click on the items to view the details. If you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’.
Step 2: Shopping Cart Summary
You will see a summary of your shopping cart. You may change the quantity or remove the items. Click on 'Update Shopping Cart' after that. If you wish to shop more, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ . To check out, click on 'Proceed to Check Out' at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Check Out
Check Out Method
You may check out as a Guest or Member. As a member, your information will be stored for easy purchase next time.
Those in Singapore - You may opt for normal postage (free) or registered postage ($3 - tracking number given).
Those outside Singapore - Your items will be mailed via overseas posting ($5 - tracking number given).
Payment can be made using Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Bank Transfer - The bank account number to make payment to will be stated in a confirmation email sent to you.
Credit Card/ Paypal - You will be redirected to the Credit Card/ Paypal page to complete your payment upon successful checkout.
Step 4: Check Out Confirmation
A summary of your order items, total amount and discounts will be shown to you. Click on 'Place Order' to confirm your puchase.
Step 5: You're Done!
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon successful checkout. Should you not receive it, please check your junk mail or contact us.
Items are reserved up to 2 days. Failure to receive payment by then will result in your orders being cancelled.
We will send an update of your purchase status upon receipt of payment and mailing out of your items.
HOW DO I PURCHASE WHOLESALE FROM YOU AT WHOLESALE RATES?
You may email us for the wholesale rates. Wholesale rates apply to minimum purchase of 20 items. Alternatively, you can also check out with minimum 20 items, wholesale rates will apply automatically.
HOW FREQUENT DO YOU UPDATE YOUR ITEMS?
We are constantly looking for new designs and trends to cater to our customers' needs. Our items are updated once or twice a month to ensure that you have a wide range of trendy designs to choose from =)
1) Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2) In the event that a defective item is received, take a picture of the item and email to us. After verification, an item of the same value can be chosen as a replacement.
3) StarryCloset will not be liable to any lost normal postages. We strongly recommend all customers to opt for Registered postage.
